There is no contender out there at 154 who would present a stiffer challenge than Mayweather. DLH is fighting a huge fight and taking on a big challenge, it would be ridiculous for the WBC to penalize him for that.

The IBF should have felt the same way about Hatton. He's fighting a big fight that the fans want to see, and therefore he should have been allowed to keep his belt as well. But just because Hatton got stripped doesn't mean DLH should as well. Two wrongs don't make a right.
