Stupid people tend to be loud and abnoxious as well as boisterrous, and he's got all those covered.

Ali was an exeption rather than the rule, but Floyd just talks for no damn reason. Ali would mess with peoples heads, and do it in rhyme and in ways that exhibited thought and intelligence. He had what we call charisma, Floyd just makes you wanna stop listening, he's never impressed me, let alone enough to say he is the best ever...what a joke.
