Are Tottenham in the Champions league this year?

I just got this super cable hookup with like Argentinian bass fishing channels and shit, and I also got this Fox Soccer Channel too and I've been watching it a lot lately. Need to have a team and I think I've settled on Tottenham, at least they actually won a road game yesterday.
