Why does Floyd have to stand and trade with Oscar to prove he's "great"?

He doesn't he just has to be tested to measure for greatness.

But isn't "not" getting tested by very good fighters a measure for greatness as well Fighting very good fighters, even great fighters and winning easily..isn't that a testament to greatness as well? If not more so?

agreed i think dominating a great fighter is more impressive than standing and trading with big puncher when you dont need to
