Taking this situation into court would only benefit the lawyers
(no offence to the legal community out there). It's absolutely
a no brainer for Peter to take the loot and wait a few months
to fight the winner of the Maskaev/Klitschko bout.

of maskaev - peter?"...Don King would stand in the way of that
happening if Peter were the victorious one in that fight. King has
been noted to say that he will do everything that he can to prohibit
the Klitschko brothers to wear those Championship belts around
their waists.

Vitali doesn't have a lot of fights left in him....let's be honest here.
I'm a fan of the K-brothers, but I know that age, prior injuries and
politics will ultimately limit the time Vitali has left in the boxing arena.
If he doesn't get a quick shot at Oleg and has to wait for Peter,
King knows that delaying that fight would destroy any possibility
of Vitali being as effective as he can be now....

For any of you out there that would consider signing this petition
in support of the Maskaev / Klitschko fight, it would be very much
appreciated. I don't mean to ruffle any feathers out there so
please don't flame me. It's tough enough being a woman at these
boxing forums that wants to contribute and having to withstand the
rubs...
