I still think Conn should of gotten FOTY for 41 as well.

Ok he did lose to joe louis coz of a silly mistake, but up untill that point he was winning on 2 cards by 2 rounds, even on another, louis looked fucked, conn was all over him just to much, but let him self go toe-to-toe and paid the price. Conn was 166 coming into that fight louis weighed around 205 (fuck boxrec) the papers claimed conn was 178ish and louis just under 200 to make it sound better!

Conn was 4-0 all by KO/TKO coming into the fight and it was 6 months into the year! he scored an 8th round TKO over Buddy Knox on the 26/05/1941, just 23 days before fighting Joe louis!
