I think Vitali and the WBC were in bed together on this along time ago. I think they called the Toney rematch to give Vitali more time to announce his return. Otherwise I think they'd tell Vitali to step back a be patient.
cc I was thinking that same thing. As if the WBC cant prove enough on how corrupt they are, they keep finding new ways to prove it to the boxing world/community.
