I honestly think Oliver could take any of the title holders not named Klitschko.

The Atomic Bull is a bad ass.....I've met him, he doesn't act like a bad ass but he is. Coming up as Tyson's sparring partner and KO-ing Lennox Lewis and never being knocked down EVER considering who he has fought.....he's tough as nails
