And if Georgio Campanello can drop Oscar in the first round, then Mayweather will punish him and score five knockdowns just like he did against Corrales. Because we all know fighters don't improve or have performances where they aren't at their absolute best.
I think Floyd simply under estimated JLC,BIG mistake(I recall the horrendously annoying Uncle Roger saying that if you throw a beer bottle into the ring,it would hit Castillo (insinuating he would be easy to hit). And I was just adressing brother Taeth's points.JLC,thus far,is Floyd's biggest name,it's not as if it was some obscure fight or anything,I mean that was his last legitimate dangerous fight until De La Hoya. And I didn't use it as a barometer to judge Oscar-Floyd's fight, merely pointed out,JLC didn't score just by "holding with one hand and punching with the other">
Baldomir and Judah were both dangerous fights. Only reason people don't acknowledge that is because Floyd made them look relatively easy. And because people just hate Zab and good for them.. But fact is Castillo was not regarded as a higher risk or reward prior to their fight, perhaps its made to seem as though he was due to what he has done in that fight and since... But as far as on Floyds behalf taking the fight, Castillo was not more dangerous, or seen as it at the time. It was also Floyds first fight at lightweight and his right arm was at least somewhat bothering him.. But of course that could never matter right. Not as if moving up in weight or fighting with an injury is difficult right mr Margarito fan
