Mike Tyson beats a lot of guys but there are a lot of guys he doesn't beat as well, that list includes:
    Evander Holyfield
    Lennox Lewis
    Riddick Bowe
    George Foreman
    Muhammed Ali

"Not no way, not no how!"
If Ali would have been a mute, he wouldn't have been nearly as successful as he was in the ring. He won most of his battles before stepping into the ring.
Tyson had problems with taller fighters? True...that undeniable. I think he would have had a shot against Bowe, but not with a post-Ali Foreman. Nobody in the
current HW division would have had a shot against all of the fighters you just listed.

they wieghed the same, were not talking prime holmes, were talking the holmes that got koed by tyson...and that version of holmes wasnt that much past it compared to the 90's version...i still think holmes wins he had much better jab ,better foot work, better everything,he was a great champion that never got credited as such

Big difference. None of those guys was anywhere near as good or had nearly as many weapons as Bowe did in his prime. None of those guys you listed is in Bowe's class.
(Obviously Holmes was a great fighter, but we're talking here about an old, shot Holmes.)

And that version of larry holmes would have beatin bowe...........just an opinion
No offense, but you're nuts if you think that. Holmes was 38 years old when he fought Tyson. He was a shell of his former self. He would've been KO'd by Bowe as well.
In my opinion Lewis in his prime would have knocked Bowe out again as a pro just like he did in the Olympics. !

Lewis at 227 lbs was fast as lighting, had great speed for a heavyweight. and that right hand came off sweet and was very accurate. a shame Lennox put on all that useless weight which took away from some of his assets. I think Lewis would have been far more exciting had he stayed with Pepe Correa.

IMO Manny Stewards teachings are partly to blame for the lack luster decade of heavyweight boxing. Every heavyweight Manny trained went from exciting fighter to hugfest central running and holding as the main tactic as opposed to closing the show ! I seen Manny recently talking to the press about wanting the HW division to comeback to the greatness it once was .. I was thinking to myself " teach your fighters to fight and stop holding on the inside , teach them the art of fighting out of a clinch, rather then look for an opportunity to clinch ! ! LOL

holmes wasnt 220 in his prime he got to 220 when he was hitting 32 or 33 in his prime he was about 209 to 215 i believe holmes was never one hit ko artist he used to wear people down with his jab and stop them late on bowe hit alot harder no question

but holmes went on to give holyfield all sorts of trouble when he was even older and more shot as you put it?
difference is holmes had 2 years ring rust and was on losing streak plus he had 2 weeks to train he did better against holy because he had more time to train and didnt have rust and was on good winning streak recently beating very tough ray mercer

and ill tell you what holy was lucky because holmes was coming on strong last 3 rounds and holy started to look tired i scored it 7 rounds to 5 holy very tough nights work for holy thats for sure

holmes wasnt on a losing streak!...he beat spinks...oh yes he did twice!...and i read a few articles that holmes trained for 6 weeks and if thats true 6 weeks is plenty....perhaps he should of had a couple tune ups ay

but i dont think more training and tune ups would have help holmes much...holmes was to old for young tyson larry would have to be in his prime to beat tyson.

i think you under rate tyson just a bit,ive read some of your posts on tyson and according to you everyone can whoop prime mike tyson?.........bowe is taylor made for tysons style, tyson wins easy UD with bowe playing defence all night long
MR T ive noticed this aswell Tyson is underated by everyone he was youngest heavyweight champ undisputed champ how many guys now could be knocking men in there 30's out in there 20's like tyson did
