eat crap, look like crap, train like a pile of crap
its a bad energy source as junk food is empty calories, saturated fats and processed carbs. Boxing is meant to be about train your body and making it fire on all cylinders.
I guess you are young if you say you can eat alot of the crap and not change much
Do yuor training and self a favour, replace all junk food with a nutritionaly balanced diet and see your performance improve and also you bank balance![]()
