Only another 3 weeks to go then this punk will no longer be a manager.

For the record the company has recognised his shat man management skills and has moved him to a non management role. Some sort of shtty role they invented for him like "strategy manager"

ie - we don't want you managing people because they all resign.

I have been avoiding him as i fear a repeat of his performance a couple of weeks ago will see him being strangled unconscious
