As for that 87% statistic, I have no idea where you pulled that from, but if any way accurate is a reflection on the state of the US today (and perhaps many other countries too). Just not a thing to justify or defend though!

As for the 87% number that was thrown out (I believe by Mick), there's no way that number is accurate. Yes, large amounts of children are born to single parents, but there is no way 87% of people in the US have children out of wedlock, that's way too high. I have no idea where that number is coming from.

Not a hard number to believe, as a society moral values are on a steep decline. Everyone now days likes to get their groove on as soon as they can, very early in age !

It is a hard number to believe, and there is no way that it is accurate, especially when you're talking nationwide.

those are still pretty high numbers when you stop and think about it !
