You have gone intot he deep end on this thread. I usually like what you post, but in this thread you seem to be hanging on Oscar a little too much.

I agree that Oscar fans are getting a little uptight here. I'm not sure why Oscar's fans are getting their panties in a bunch over the fact that Floyd talked a little junk at a press conference. Who cares what he said? Oscar's a big boy, he can handle it.

As for that 87% statistic, I have no idea where you pulled that from, but if any way accurate is a reflection on the state of the US today (and perhaps many other countries too). Just not a thing to justify or defend though!

As for the 87% number that was thrown out (I believe by Mick), there's no way that number is accurate. Yes, large amounts of children are born to single parents, but there is no way 87% of people in the US have children out of wedlock, that's way too high. I have no idea where that number is coming from.

Having children out of wedlock is not cool. Especially if you are a married man. If you are prepared to justify it as "well at least he supports those children", well, perhaps that a reflection on your own morals more than anything. Thsoe children shouldnt be there in the first place, and im not supporting abortion here! Personally, I think that kind of carry on is not so cool.

Here is where I disagree with you. Who cares if Oscar has children out of wedlock? And no offense, but who are you to say what's morally right or not? This sounds like Bible preaching to me. I thought in 2007 we were beyond that, and people could do what they want to do regarding who they sleep with and who they want to have children with.

Im a long way from being a Bible preacher. I have no time for organised religion and have a fairly atheistic mindset. What I do have is a sense of what is right and wrong though. As a married man you shouldnt really be sleeping with other women. I certainly do not do that. If others want to then thats their choice, but I personally dont think its cool thing and thats an opinion I am more than entitled to.

I must have missed the part where someone alleged that Oscar is cheating on his wife. Because by looking thru this thread, all I see is discussion of the fact that he's had kids out of wedlock. Those two things aren't one and the same. He hasn't been married that many years.
I still haven't figured out why anyone cares how many kids any fighter has or doesn't have.
