When i went on holidays to the US i used to eat Taco Bell all the time.. so good
my daily diet is
Bran flakes or oats in the morning
lunch , cous cous and chicken or fish
about 4pm or so sometimes for for a healthy sandwich
8pm chicken salad , fish salad, something like that.
I truely love fast food but i like staying in shape more, i actaully start salivating walking past McDonalds and KFC and eat there maybe once a week or 2 weeks.
