The lawyer might be there because it would appear that it is possible to recieve drug treatment for HIV that results in the human body no longer producing antibodies to combat the virus and that it is the antibodies rather than the virus that are detected during the test.

The medical opinion appears to be that if you stop recieving the HIV treatment then the antibodies reappear. There is no knowledge about whether HIV can be infectious when antibodies are not present in the blood.

I really hope that it was a false-positive test originally and that TM has never had the virus.
