Breakfast - Usualy just nutrigrain bar or something light
Lunch - Usually at work so I bring Tuna and cottage chease all the time or once in awhile go out to eat
Dinner - Most of the time its just a Healthy Choice TV dinner because I'm a single guy and when I'm hungry I just want to eat not cook something.
Sometimes I will splurge and get on a fastfood kick and eat there like everyday for a week or so but lately I have been trying to eat healthy and going to the gym because here in Florida its just about beach season baby and I need to look good for girly girls.
On the weekends I usually drink some beer because well those are my free days. and because during the week I kinda have a set routine.
