I think it's just a matter of landing them cleanly, one after the other, with 4oz gloves. He actually sets up a pretty decent left hand by coming in behind 2-3 jabs. Plus, he uses his reach. He's very tall for a 170pounder, so he can keep that jab in the guy's face. When you're shorter and you have ajab in your face it's tough to counter. Nick seems to have figured all this out.
