Great list apart from Joel. agreed he's an awesome fighter but one of the best from 1985 until now,no way.

I cannot do top 3,that's impossible.Top 5: RJJ,Pernell,Ricardo Lopez,JCC and Tito

(Tito is the most under rated by far,his resume is on par with any of the mentioned guys,record title defences and would have remained undefeated had he not gone too high up in weight.It's a testament to his awesomeness that he is the best name on Winky and B Hop's resumes and he was the smaller guy.Even now,I don't see anyone at 147 or 154 that can beat him)
