I can see how thats possible, I will admit I wen't conservative when I posted this.
I can see how he could get past Winky, but past Pac not sure Pac has THE biggest names on his resume I think that's what gives him the edge slightly.

Rafael Marquez moved up in weight and knocked out the undisputed champion in that division. A champion who was in his prime and on an incredible row. Pac's recent wins have been against fighters past there prime and fighters who moved up in weight to face him.
