if JMM beats Barrera then Solis beats Pacquiao then Mayweather beats Dela Hoya, R. Marquez is no. 1 without beating Vasquez on a rematch.

As of now, he has yet to match or just equalled Barrera's accomplishment, yet alone Pac, imo.
Wins over Israel Vazquez, Mark Johnson (2), Tim Austin, Mauricio Pastrana (2) and Silence Mabuza (2) is pretty damn impressive.
