Work out music hum .. I prefer Soul Music . Something funky with a good beat, you can get into a nice rhythm that way . Every now and then I will put some rap on when I‘m in the Gym , I try for the “Censored Versions “ of CD’s .. I am not big on all that foul language blaring across the gym speaker system , when you got families in there and all. Its just flat out embarrassing. Terror Squad “ Pass the Glock” has a great beat to it. Easy to get your rhythm and your combinations flowing off that track. !
