Why can't Roy ask for 60-40 to fight a rematch for someone he beat? He accepted less when he fought Griffin the second time why can't Hopkins do the same

Oscar on the other hand gets away with that stuff, he wanted more then Mosley in the first fight(and got it) he wanted more money in the second fight even though he lost the first and he got it. He even wanted more money in the third fight and Mosley said hell with you I want to fight the best in this division(Winky Wright)
