You probably heard the only stuff that has gotten any airtime of Budden's, and that's the stuff from his album. It's the club stuff and it's good for the club but if you want a couple must haves from the mixtape to see what I'm talking aboutOriginally Posted by CutMeMicK

All 3 should be readily available on the internet and I guarantee you you won't regret listening to any of them. ESPECIALLY the first 2. If you don't then tell me but I think you'll be in for a huge shock. The first is the best piece of storytelling in hip hop history possibly. Honestly....you would be doing yourself a favor in picking it up. I emphasized that one because of the focus on lyrics. It's awesome man I promise you won't be disappointed.
Yeah he did rehab for that and I'm not sure if the charges were dropped or what happened? But he's on the Snoop Dogg track Imagine and he's in studio. I tried to find the ?uestlove interview, it came from Okayplayer.com but I just don't know what piece of his it was.Originally Posted by CutMeMicK
Thanks LG. I know it's almost cliche to blame MTV, but it's really a shame more of those guys haven't got more airplay.Originally Posted by Lords Gym

Steve: Damn! boy you nasty, that Charlene song is great man. But you know what the hell with her. If she can't understand you and your career and what your doing is to better your lives, then move on man leave her ass....

Aint Nobody Worryin is one of my fave albums! "Change your World" is the one!
That and "Everybody", proper summer song.
Its funny though... I cant remember what Charlene sounds like(No sound on my work P.C)
Now this one is my song of the moment. Couldn't find a proper vid but this is a silky smooth bit of music

Kick ass m'lord. Saw them live in '75, these vids have good audio & video quality. only thing is, Going to California video brings up The Ocean instead. Wouldn't mind seeing Going to California, it sort of has sentimental value.Originally Posted by Lords Gym
here's a couple I like, from Irish dude named Gallagher (RIP) who played the guitar. Nothing special about the vids, I just like the music.

the vid twas OK. gave me something to ponder (as in what's the point?)
thought I saw you on the subway in Toronto last year? (based on an old av?)
p.s. ok, you changed the vid on me. Still wondering if there's a point.
One of the best live artist ever here. K-OS plays piano, guitar and raps on stage and his shows are said to be some of the best. I had my heart set on going to a show of his in San Francisco but it's 18 and overSo hopefully he performs at Rock the Bells. North of the border music. He put out an album Joyful Rebellion in 2004 that I should have mentioned earlier. Awesome album.
This however is from his newest album Atlantis: Hymns for Disco. Haven't heard anything past the two singles, this being one of them.
Sunday Morning - K-OS
