In Korea im really quite deprived of a lot of the home made stuff I used usually indulged in, but this is what I ate today...

Breakfast: A bowl of Hyeon Mi. Its a cereal manufactured by Kellogs but ive really no idea how this translates. Its a cereal high in bran content though. I followed this with about 20 strawberries. The Korean strawberries are lovely. Really big, sweet and juicy. I usually have a glass of grape or orange juice to follow. Today I had Orange.

Lunch: For lunch I had Ramyeon. Basically Korean style noodles. Easy to make, nice and spicy and tastes good. I drank coke with this and followed it with a couple of bananas

Dinner: I ordered delivery chicken. Korea does the best barbecued chicken. It comes in a sauce that ive never seen in England. Its spicy but has a sweetness to it. It has a lot of chilli powder and pepper but is countered by a syruppy sweetness. Really tastes good. I drank coke again with this.

I usually drink about 2 litres of water a day. I stop drinking water at about 9pm because its not easy to sleep needing the bathroom incessantly..

Hey man what is the fucking deal with eggs? All of a sudden the yolk (or too many) are really bad for you.

I used to blend five a day for my breakfast and try drink them like in Rocky (apart from the blending bit).

I also remember using a knife to stab my sick down the plughole on several occcasions..........urrggh!!!!

Hey BB, listen man I know you are probably hatin on me cause I sc'd you over that kimbo thing but it aint no thing man! I'ma CC you for this.

For real, it's good to hear how...poorly someone else takes care of themselves. I'm 22, but I was getting worried b/c I realized I was killing almost a 30 pack of beer a week by myself, not even taking into account my thursday-saturday bar and club binges (22 and in college) and during those I probably drink another 30 drinks!

I also smoke a fairly decent amount of weed per week and dabble in the yayo a couple times a month on average. But when I do the yay it's a multiple line per thing deal...talking 3 line to 8 or so depending on the night or who I am with etc.

The thing is I'm a health nut on the side and for most meals per day it's organic/natural (whole foods baby!) or I pick something up to eat, maybe some chinesse or something but I kind of keep my protein/salad/friuit/no trans-fats ratio in check. So I eat well.

Plus I get my exercise, love to take walks with my dog, run, lift, bag work and get the occasional sparring session in. I exercise for probably about 6-10 hours a week.

I was getting worried b/c a couple months ago I decided to cut down on the herb, but found out I was drinking more than I had been before that. But a 6-pack a day that's still a little worse than I do, it makes me feel good to know you're still functioning semi-well after how many years of that!?

But the real thing is as long as you are happy and you do the things that are important to you; external factors can be compensated for. There's always stories about people living to over 100 years old and they drank or smoked everyday. If you fulfill what is important to you and/or feel like you live a meaningful life...that is the ultimate fountain of youth.

That is why I recycle and volunteer at an animal shelter twice a month. Give me a free pass for all that drug abuse. And if it doesnt...well I really dont give a fuck!
