Well first off Winky wouldnt take the fight if he didn't think he could win so it being out of his weight class is irrelevent.Originally Posted by Fenster

I get the feeling that when it comes to B Hop he will be criticised no matter what as people just don't like his style of fighting.
I don't find him on the edge of your seat exciting for sure, but he is an interesting fighter to watch, if only to marvel at how he manages to look so fooking awesome at 43 years of age.
I'm intrigued by this fight, in my opinion both have something to lose. Hopkins has still not ruled out the heavyweight division and is rumoured to want 3 or 4 more fights. It sounds like he wants to make one final push for boxing immortality and beat some of the best fighters of his era. If he loses to Winky that plan goes out of the window, retirement beckons......
For Winky, well it's taken him years and years to finally get the respect he feels he always deserved. Now as one of the top p4p fighters out there he is finally in a position to cash in and get some big paydays, and maybe some big PPV bouts. Defeat to Hopkins WILL set him back. All of a sudden a rematch with Taylor won't look as appetising as Miranda and Pavlick, and he will probably be put off the idea of continuing at a higher weight to face the likes of Kessler and Calzaghe.
So I feel both fighters have something to lose and it is a competative, and intriguing matchup.
