I think the rankings are based on which boxers pay the most sanctioning fee's and that isn't even a joke. If you pay more you get a higher ranking. If you are an exciting fighter and can earn the organistation more money they will rank you even higher.

I'm not sure that their is any system beyond that.



and if you dont bother to pay at all, they wont recognize you .


ala zab judah after baldo beat him last year. baldo didnt bother to pay his ibf sanctioning fee and beat zab, but the ibf said zab was still champ afterwards
