Because last year Sultan Ibragimov was supposed to handle Austin & knock him out. He didn't & for some reason a lot of people felt that Austin did better during their IBF title eliminator than Ibragimov did.

That's hard for me to go along with seeing that Ibrag dropped him in the 4th & 10th rounds.

Then again...it could be that Ibrag is facing Javier Mora this month...or it could just be the fact that Austin was quite possibly looked upon as an easier blast out candidate than Ibrag.
