special machines witch you work very slow with and the machines have a speacial effect at the end of conctaction "it gets harder cause ur stronger"

well im getting alot more muscle and fast i hope it goeso on like this :> even do im not getting big im caind of getting ripped :P but i think you could do the exercises fast to get big to :>

If your trying to get ripped, lay off the sugar and white breads and up the cardio too... make sure you have plenty of protein so you don't lose any muscle mass from the cardio. bread can give you that flabby stomach hiding tour abs...I don't remember what it was in bread but my my trainer told me about it once.
