thats a lot of money for a guy like peter to be honest. You gotta take into consideration he could of lost to oleg and would be left fucked... a broken hand, illness lots of things can cause you to lose... but that money is in the bank and he will get a shot, he aint exactly old, done the right thing imo.

I dont think Oleg would stand much chance against this much improved Sam Peter. Peter could have earned a fortune If he got his shot against Maskaev, beat Maskaev and then defended against Vitali....

Vitali getting the shot first is unjust and seems to be about Maskaev getting the best possible payday before heading of into retirement. That and Vitali getting a crack at the title against a mediocre champion first...

I think peter could whip him yeah, but i meant u never know sometimes, when u got almost 3mill in front of you you got think of things like a bust hand or dodgy judges - and i dunno? i don't think peter would make much for fighting oleg for the belt? be lucky to earn one mill from that shot?

But if Vitali was serious about his comeback and decided to fight Peter. Peter as champ and in a huge bout like that....from the 2 fights he would be earning a lot more money. Im not so sure if Vitali will fight Peter though, so perhaps you are right. I hope im wrong about Vitali coming back for just the one fight to say he and Wlad held title at the same time.
