Aight cool, I'm all about the constructive critisism. I've never been to a boxing gym or had anyone teach me so I have no real idea what I am doing. I have seen a few videos on the net that teach technique.

if you need any help with any technique just ask mate i have never been to gym either but my grandad was boxer he taught me how to fight and ect so if you need any help with anything just ask
