Felix Trinidad is boxing royalty and has been the king of Puerto Rico boxing since the 90's. Puerto Rico has been looking for his replacement since his absence and Cotto has all the tools. Althought I don't think he will ever be as good as Trinidad I do think he has a lot of potential and can beat everybody in that weight class with the exception of Floyd. Can he take over for Felix?

Apparently Felix doesn't think so and said Zab would knock him out in 4 rounds

Can you give me a link to that please, I think that is hilarious because usually Puerto Ricans stick together and Zab is not an A class fighter.

That's just Zab talking S*** but Tito has been known to be an asshole before, but I thought Tito could not speak english and Zab could not speak spanish, that S*** is confusing but funny. Maybe a translator just pulled some S***.

Zab can speak spanish, Mayorga is one of his best friends And I'm pretty sure Trinidad can speak English if he wanted to but just chooses not to. Like Duran

Zab has said that he and Tito are good friends. I don't know if this is true or not but if it is then it might just be a case of a guy rooting for his buddy and nothing personal against Cotto. Although, if Tito was smart(major doubts here) he would not allow that statement to be made public so as not to antagonize all of Cotto's puertorrican fans.
