It's easy to see it as Vitali coming off a long layoff, and give Maskaev a chance based on that... But Oleg is a dinosaur himself who is very lucky to hold a belt and spent the last five years before winning it doing very little.. As long as Vitali has been staying in shape, isn't plagued with injuries, and has good sparring in camp.... Oleg is getting KTFO early imo.
