I had Forbes winning and he did not.

I had Penalosa winning and he did not (I thought Penalosa hit the defining shots the whole night. Most of the shots from PDL were caught by the gloves or arms of Penalosa. If it were an amateur fight, maybe PDL will win it because of work rate).

I had Marquez winning it and he did, but not by a mile.

If this is the way the judging goes with Golden Boy promotions, I hate to see the scoring in the OLDH Mayweather contest.

It's not the teuaqila talkin' it's the truth MAB showed tonight why hes a fwocjkentr legensd I can't help it but applaud MAB and give him props man what a career hes had and tonuight for once in a fight (other then when he faught Naz I was proiud of him) ragrdless of the facrt that I was rooting for JMM.....

the last time i drank that stuff was a shitload of shots on Holiday i was acting all big drinking it out of the bottle when the barman turned around.

i dont remember much after that... i was told by the wife that 3 different people carried me home, the bartender got me down stairs, a german guy carried me to the taxi and the hotel poter carried me back to my room hahahahha

aint touched the stuff since

OMG wehat a fight, I was exhausted and thought I might drop off if it got quiet, but it was awesome!!! MArquez deserved to win, but I had him by two, or at most three rounds, not that BS judges scoring which they have turned up with the third big fight of the evening.

Agreed! Total barn burner from the get go. Love that cliché & this put it on point.

While the judges were fwocked…he still won or drew….whatever whoever wants to say…it was a close fight for even a fight fan to score…but those idiots had to have lollipops in there jaws.

After round 7, and an awesome punch which kept Barrera in the fight, I reckon that my main memory of tonight is going to be never to trust the judges in Vegas. Are they on a one-way quest to embarrass themselves and the entire profession, because the D-Hop judgement was dodgy, I though Penalosa was much closer than the cards suggested, and that Barrera was much closer. It's silly really, cause it was a great night of boxing, and my main thoughts are about fu**ing judges instead of about great boxing bouts.

The judges in the Dhop fight were replacements & inexperienced. Nady’s a great ref…he was just in a bad POV if you ask me.

the margins were wide again but to be honest it was a B****** of a fight for them to score and i wouldn't have complained if Barrera had won or a draw.

i think Nady was bang on with the point deduction.. Barrera can be a cheating f***** sometimes so for me it serves himself right that he missed out on the KO for such a blatent foul.

but all in all if this is Barrera's last fight he has gone out fighting and has given me some fantastic entertainment over the years... ducked no one and deserves to retire as a great and count his money

Loved the fight. No shit...the drunken commentary should have shown that much. I loved it.

I was really rooting for JMM as he should have his moment years ago. MAB started really strong and I can't find out how JMM would respond as MAB's always a step ahead. But the Great Counter Puncher he is caught MAB with his right hand changed the fight in round 6 onwards. The knockdown I believe is legit and the scores should have been much much closer.

i agree, although i can see ponce de leon as the winner, a 120-108 and 119-109(x2) for him is too ridiculous.
