America could have also found an easier less destructive way to start a war....the attack on the USS Cole that Clinton did JACK SHIT about! could have been used to start a war.

Your views aren't far from believing in shape shifting reptilian overlords
Why is that suggestion so outlandish?
It wouldn't be the first time the government planned on killing their own civilians on purpose for the sole reason of an excuse to invade a nation.

Actual released documents revealing a plot by the American government to attack their own ships, civilians, and staged terror campaigns in 1962 to gather public support to invade Cuba.

So why is it sooo inconceivable that the present day government could propose the same plan?
Except instead of Cuba, it's Iraq?
So I'm basing my openness on facts that these things have happened many many times throughout the history of the world.
If you knew about even half of history's officially documented examples of nations plotting to attack their own nation as a pretext for other gains this "inside job" idea wouldn't seem so crazy to you.
The fact that there are literally thousands of known documented examples of similar situations throughout world history should tell you this is not a new idea.
And if you think the government is afraid to expend a few thousand lives for ulterior motives, I don't know what dream world you think we live in.

If there was known documented evidence of shape shifting reptilian overlords ruling the Earth at one point, I'd be open about those as well. But there isn't. So that conspiracy is completely baseless to me.
But comparing situations that are officially documented to modern day situations which mirror the 60s is different from making up conspiracies out of thin air.

The government is not religion. We aren't supposed to follow whatever they say blindly. And it's your duty to question your public servants when times warrant it. And when the government takes over a year to start an investigation that cost the country 3000 lives when they started the Lewinsky scandal or the JFK assassination in a matter of days, you have to ask why. It's not a crime to question the government. It's not antipatriotic to question the government.
