well not every body.
i got a six pack, i dont have a diet (just eat what i want, even 20min b4 i go to sleep)
dont train to lose weight cuz i got 9% fat.

i do train 5 or 6 days a weak, so that does burn fat, but i try not to lose any weight, i'm 5.7/5.8
and weigh 132 pounds.
i also use alot of energy during my job (construdtion worker) so that burns fat 2 i guess.

but most people would have to do mutch to get a 6pack, and work hard to keep it
