What about the golden rule to keep fighting unless the referee calls break .

Even if Barrera did wrong , did he really deserve to lose 4 points cuz of it without a warning ?
    WTF?
1st I heard 2 points then I heard 3 points, I even read somewhere someone said he didn't deserve to loose 7 points.
    Your saying 4 point's....
Did I miss part of the fight, or was it the AL-KEY-HAUL!! that I was drinking that night that has caused me to miss how MAB was assed out 2,3,7 or 4 points
10-8 to Barrera to 10-8 to Marquez = 4 point swing

Barrera didn't deserve a 10-8 round. Marquez dominated him for the first 2:55 of the round. You don't automatically get a 10-8 score if you knock your opponent down. You have to knockdown your opponent AND win the round overall to earn a 10-8 score.

Well opinions on scoring would vary from 4 point to 3 to two maybe but the point is it cost him big and he didnt even get a warning first . Marquez wasnt warned for his repeated low blows .

I repeat, Pea, when did being convincing in a round equal getting knocked down in a round?

You are somewhat exagerating...Marquez dominated for no way near that length of time. For the first half of the round it was relatively even. It was the final minute and a half of the round that most of the big punches from Marquez came....

MAB was almost out on his feet in that round......

IF that round would have ended that way (without the slip/knockdown) JMM might have still gotten the 10-8 round on the fact that he had MAB almost out, I mean look at that straight right hand and how MAB stumbled back and was clearly hurt like I said almost out on his feet....

Took at least 7 to 10 hard shots..... (Which for the better part of me can't understand how MAB did not go down that fwockers got balls, hear and all)

    I disagree, Mick

The round was even half way to the end and yes Marquez did pile on the pressure but Barrera responded as he should and kept throwing punches back when possible. It was no way a 10-8 round if the point deduction hadnt have occured.

When did a 10-8 round equal clearly losing the first 2:55 before landing one good shot in the final seconds?

He wasnt clearly beating Barrera in the 1st 2.55 of teh round though . Halfway through teh round he got through with his best shots which failed to drop Barrera . He gave it everything he had before falling over . 10-8 ? No way

I can't tell what you're trying to say here. No way for who? What do you think the score should have been (assuming no point deduction was made for the foul)?
