There is that but also fights aren't scheduled like say boxing, you generally sign up to fight at so many events come what may. You could pull out if you get injured but considering that this event is pretty much the daddy when it comes to prize money for standup/KB's/MT fighters they're not likely to do it, plus you could loose your contract. Not really safe or fair but it does open up the field.
