Backstabber. Promises high, delivers low. Tells you you'll make this, and when you turn your back, he has his lawyers change the agreement. You can call him smart, and the fighters stupid. Or, you can tell it like it is. He has a big name, and he convinces fighters they have no shot because he "controlls" everything, unless they sign with him. Then, he does'nt include the small print. Which is bullshat, and he should be arrested for it.
