Alright I havent heard or read anything about Arums Boogie man Margarito lately.... Did they finally realize he couldnt make a career out of sitting on Floyd Mayweathers doorstep... I'm guessing Arum cooled off on Hypeing him, since he has a potential juggernaunt and better fighter in Miguel Cotto he can concentrate on.......

Also is the fight with Paul Wiliiams a lock I hate to go by Boxrec since there not the most reliable... If anyone has any updates on this clash I would love to hear it..

Well on boxrec Antonio Margarito isn't scheduled to fight anyone at moment

The fight is being held up by Arum, because he is taking Margarito to court....he is just being a butthead as usual. Margarito, give him credit, wants to break from Arum, obviously. Arum claims he took Margaritos word that there would be no fight with Williams while the Cotto fight was there for Margarito. Margarito got tired of being labeled hypocrite so he went on with the fight, which was his mandatory, to not lose the belt and save his rep. Arum wasnt in the purse bid so he got upset, and Goosen won the purse bid. Hopefully Margarito wins the case against Arum, and the fight happens soon.

Well I dont feel stupid but I do give him credit for manning up and FINALLY fighting his more than WORTHY MANDATORY

This is what frustrates me about Margarito, he has grossly inactive the past few years for one reason or another, whether its his fault or not(injuries, politics etc.) and now this will only prolong his next fight hard to gain momentum and a good following that way.

Although I agree,the NUMBER 1 annoying thing about TOny is that whenever he seems to be picking up some steam,someone/something stops it from going further! When he beats Paul,I want him to fwock Arum and join Goossen . Hey at least no one can ask who Margarito is as some fighters have done in the past !
