Yes older bros are probably the reason i didn't turn into a 'real girl' as my male team mates would say. Although I pity my little sister who is much girlier than me and could have done with someone who knew how to teach her to use a hair dryer.

As for trimming back of the mouthguards I'm not sure you would have to do that with a dentist fitted one - maybe worth checking out? Anyone here a dentist?
