He might not be super exciting but he showed some strategic flexibility tonight against Jose Cotto. He started out trying to push Cotto back to the ropes and land hard body shots, but then after 2 or 3 rounds he realized that it wasn't really working, and he changed his tactics and started to really use his jab and stay outside more. It worked great and won him the fight. He still did some inside fighting and landed some nice flurries, but the jab won him the fight. His hand speed was superior. Maybe his corner told him to use his jab more.
