I floored a policeman around 8 years ago because he actually hit my missus on the leg with his baton
She was just trying to get out the way when a really bad pub fight erupted(i had to pull my mates tounge out of his throat as he lay their unconcious with a fractured skull)
The CPS lost the doctors report that stated her bruising was 100% caused by a strike with a blunt instrument.
I got convicted (assualt on a police officer) of that but what do you do in that situation?
