I agree it wont be that exciting but I disagree that Baldy outworks him .

I reckon this is a good fight stylistically for Forrest at this stage . It wasnt too long ago he was dominating the best p4p fighter in the sport . Baldy needs to bring more to the fight than he did against Floyd . Although he's a come forward fighter , he doesnt pressure effectivley or cut off corners . He doesnt inject enough pace when he should and is slow to close the distance . His one paced style should suit Vernon , plus he lacks punch authority

Vernons ramrod jab in his face will be a big problem for him and he'll be surprisd by his power . For Baldy to get into this fight he has to stay on top of him and make it physical but we said the same things against Floyd and Baldy was hopelessly out of his league . Forrest UD

Maybe so, but there is a monumental differnce between Forrest at this stage and Floyd Mayweather Jr. I think Baldomir can cut the ring off on Forrest and get some work done. Forrest seems kind of lazy in there lately, he certaiinly seemed that way against Quartey anyway. I hope that somehow the Vargas vs. Mayorga fight is still taking place, though last I heard it wasn't, so as the winners from both fights can fight each other, that could be interesting. Forrest vs. Mayorga III anyone?
