well according to RJJ he never hit the weights ever througout his career until he went up to HW to fight john ruiz thats how he put on so much size etc. i believe it cuz i stopped touching the weights like a year and 1/2 ago and i completely leaned out im hella LEEEEEEEEEEEEEAN son, b4 i was like more so mass from weight lifting but once u cut weights out your body completely leans out. so if u do the reverse like he did it will have a profound effect on your size like hisOriginally Posted by CutMeMicK
