Yes he's easy to hit, and been a bit chinny at times, the fact is he's beaten two of the best fighters of the past decade in Castillo and Casamayor. You can debate whether he actually beat Casamayor in any of their fights but it wasn't like Casamayor got robbed in the second fight, most people thought Chico won it. He's clearly a Hall of Famer.
