Difficult one!

People are all so different it's so hard to guess what is (or isn't) going on in her head.

I would lay the cards on the table. Say something like - if you wanna be friends thats cool but no messing with my head. If there were no feelings involved you might not be effected by the teasing it but sounds like it's taking up too much thought space.

Don't buy her any more romantic gifts. If she wants you she'll come round without that. You don't have to be rude or unfriendly but if shes thinking "he's so great why don't I fall for him? Maybe I can just get with him and feelings will grow!?!?" - so she tries occaisionally and then realises it's not working? Gifts and too many unsolicited romantic actions might get this reaction from her since she might feel bad about/ unable to reject those things.

Draw a line in the sand. Be there without asking for anything. Maybe even just assume it's not going to happen. Then there's a chance that when she has her stuff sorted out she'll decide she wants you and you may or may not still be available and feeling the same way. You don't want to feel like you are in limbo for as long as you know her. No waiting for long periods of time for her to make her mind up before you can move on.

I also like Lords suggestions. I'll add that fingernails need to be trimmed short and clean. Dirty fingernails scratching your skin is a MAJOR turn off!
