Well, I have been eating the right foods, and I have noticed a major difference as in how long I can last when I do my daily runs, workouts, etc, etc. BUT, ive been pretty much eating the same kind of fruits, grains, vegetables, and I am a little picky, so I was wondering if its a bad thing to be eating the same stuff over and over everyday. I dont mind it, Ive been doing it for a while now, I was just wondering if there is anything wrong with eating the same healthy foods over and over?
