Taylor got about $2m for the Hopkins fight

For the Wright fight he got between $3 & $4, Warren knows this so he makes him an offer that he knows to well would not tempt a guy who can make his living fighting at home, i dont blame Taylor for asking for that amount, why would he want to come to Wales where everything could well be against him crowd, judges and refferee for 500k more?? It has to be worth his while.

Yeah when I first saw the offer of $2m to Taylor I thought it must be a mistake and it was meant as £££...

Then it was upped to $4million, which still seems to short and yet $10million is much too much.

The thing is Calzaghe barely made $2 million for the Lacy fight, sos urely with the HBO intrest he can make at least that fighting in the States, but Calzaghe is so stubborn he would probably want 50/50 with all comers in the USA which aint going to happen, because the likes of Taylor and Hopkins are not going to give Calzaghe 50/50 when he is basically a nobody in the States, why doesnt Calzaghe go over there make a big statement get his $2 million then if and when he beats a Taylor of Hopkins he can then demand 50/50. I just feel Calzaghe dont give a shit about leaving the game as a great, in his eyes he thinks he is already a great when he is nowhere near that.
