No chance it's boring imo. Basically because Floyd is going to have to land punches in numbers to win. And Oscar has good enough timing and is saavy enough imo to hit Floyd back.

Hate to over simplify it but if people think Mayweather is just going to run, then how does he plan on winning?

when I'm on a downer like that I just go and watch Mayweather v Castillo I. I see alot of similarity in style between Castillo and De La Hoya. Then I think to myself..

"self.. Oscar can do everything Castillo can do only he is bigger and better. If Castillo could land clean shots on Floyd on the ropes imagine what damage Oscar will do to lil'Floyd."

I feel you. People make it seem like Floyd is fighting a slow stiff. Don't get me wrong...Floyd's speed and defense will be a tremendous challenge for Oscar...but Oscar ain't Baldomir people. He is a tremendously skilled boxer who is also bigger and stronger than Mayweather. As great as Floyd is...i just don't see him keeping Oscar off...especially at this weight...and considering Oscar is an accurate, strong, and still quite fast a puncher...Floyd will eventually get hit. How he will handle Oscar's power is one of the intriguing parts of this fight.

razor thin decision one way or a draw then....

we need Oscar to land a big punch early and set the tone for the fight. Slow first couple of rounds and that will be it for the next 10.....

I actually think this fight will almost live up to the hype. Now most of you know I'm hardly a fan of Oscar De La Hoya the saint but he is always in entertaining fights.

And for Floyd, whenever he's ever stepped up and fought an important 'destiny' fight he's always delivered emphatically.

I for one think this will be one hell of a fight.

Can't wait, I just hope Floyd wins and then gets killed by Mosely around Christmas time.

I was very dubious about this but after seeing the HBO 24/7 show and seeing Both men train (Oscar looks great in training with Roach)
    i think this may explode
Im with MarkTKO and feel if Oscar can put it on him early then we are in for a classic.
I really do think Oscar wants to put some pain on this little gobshite
